I have the same flip/flop battle at night! While using your vibration plate, are you just standing on it, or are you exercising in some way? You shared quite a few things that I am interested in, I clicked the links, and we’ll see what lands in my cart. 😉
I have just finished physical therapy for a fractured ankle. A lot of the exercises had to do with balance as well as strengthening my ankle area. I also have sciatica and osteoarthritis. (All in less than one year!) I have been looking at vibration plates and wondering about them. They seem to be recommended for all of that. Do you see any other advantages besides the help for your hips?
Just a note about the hip thing…I have had bursitis in both hips for more than 10 years. It became SO painful last summer I had the worse one removed in surgery. Don’t worry! They grow back in a couple of weeks but I have been 100% pain free since I healed. 10 YEARS! 😢 I really only felt it at night from being a side sleeper. I went to my orthopedist and he literally walked(rolled on his chair) up to me and poked both hips in the same place and I about came out of my skin and showed him my karate moves. Hi-ya! 🤚🏻 😂 Anyway, just something to think about. ❤
